I just got an email from this 'Microsoft account team' the name looked like that. I tried replying, but I didn't let send due to rejection by the server for the recipient domain. The email address was account-security-noreply@microsoft.com. The message told me someone tried changing all the security info in my account, and that I could speed it up or someone was trying to take over my account.
