However, to do this I must first enter a code which Microsoft is suppose to send me via. Check your security details for you account in a web browser. Can you have the code sent via text message on your phone instead?

I just got an email from this 'Microsoft account team' the name looked like that. I tried replying, but I didn't let send due to rejection by the server for the recipient domain. The email address was account-security-noreply@microsoft.com. The message told me someone tried changing all the security info in my account, and that I could speed it up or someone was trying to take over my account. Please help my Xbox live account is on that email and I don't want to loose it.Thanks,The Microsoft account teamWas the ending.
